Entertainment Development

PAW Patrol has new 2 new themes every year, creating newness in a 10+ year old property. We initially examine data points to help narrow focus on potential themes we want to develop. Once we narrow that down to roughly 3 themes, we proceed with 2D viz-dev with both internal and outside vendors. I am responsible for creative direction of all new vehicles, outfits, new characters, locations, and tools/features.

The involvement within the entertainment development ensures that our products are truly show to shelf.

I am also responsible for keeping development on time, on schedule, and in budget.
